1. Membership & Eligibility
The Les Loyales Programme ("Programme") is a free rewards programme offered by Chantecaille (UK) Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “Chantecaille”) to its customers (“you” or “members”) located in the UK. Membership in the Programme (“Membership”) is limited to individuals over the age of 18 and is limited to one account per individual. Membership will not be available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Chantecaille, at its discretion.
Individuals can enroll by creating an account at Chantecaille.co.uk. Member must provide complete and accurate enrollment information.
BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER.
2. Membership Tiers; Earning and Redeeming Points
There are four tiers of Membership in the Programme: Coral, Bee, Lion, and Elephant. All Membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by Chantecaille in its sole discretion from time to time in accordance with these Terms (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing, and availability of any Benefits (including the Rewards described below), special offers, sweepstakes, one-of-a-kind experiences, exclusive events and advance access to products will be determined by Chantecaille in its sole discretion.
Chantecaille may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules (including points earned for purchases), regulations, Benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law. Chantecaille will endeavor to give you reasonable prior notice of any changes, however there may be some circumstances where we make changes without prior notice, for example, to reflect changes in legislation or to make minor adjustments to the Programme that are not to your detriment.
Beauty Benefit Points: You will accrue loyalty points for every pound (£) you spend at Chantecaille.co.uk (the “Site”) while signed into your account. Every £1 spent earns 1 point ("Beauty Benefit Point"). You will be entitled to receive one (1) £10 off discount code (“Reward”) for every 200 Beauty Benefit Points earned, which will be subject to terms and conditions provided with the Reward. To convert your Beauty Benefit Points to a Reward, please visit the “rewards” section of your Beauty Benefits page. You may only redeem one Reward per order placed at Chantecaille.co.uk.
Certain tiers of benefits will be unlocked based on the number of points that you accumulate (see "Tier Benefits" below).
Tier Status/Benefits: Your tier status is assigned upon Programme enrollment. You will remain in that tier for 12 months from assignment unless you achieve a higher tier status in that time. For existing account holders at the time of the Programme launch, your initial tier status is determined by pounds spent in the three (3) months prior to Programme launch. In the case of new Members, your initial tier status is determined by pounds spent, if any, at time of Programme enrollment. Members’ subsequent tier status is determined by pounds spent in the 12-month period following any tier placement. Certain Benefits are based on the tier achieved and you are eligible for these Benefits while you are in that tier regardless of the number of Beauty Benefit Points you currently have in your account. Your Beauty Benefit Points reset to zero after a year of inactivity from the date you achieved your current tier.
Tier 1, Coral: Coral status is conferred on those registered Les Loyales Members who spend a minimum of £0 - £249 on our Site in any 12-month period following initial enrollment or Coral tier placement.
Tier 2, Bee: Bee status is conferred on those registered Les Loyales Members who spend a minimum of £250 - £449 on our Site within any 12-month period following Bee tier placement.
Tier 3, Lion: Lion status is conferred on those registered Les Loyales Members who spend £450 - £899 on our Site within any 12-month period following Lion tier placement.
Tier 4, Elephant: Elephant status is conferred on those registered Les Loyales Members who spend a minimum of +£900 on our Site in any 12-month period following Elephant tier placement.
Programme Benefits and Details: In addition to any other requirements and/or limitations that may be communicated to Members at the time a Benefit is offered, the following will apply (provided the current advertised tier requirements are met):
Only valid upon initial enrollment in the Programme. Please see "Ways to Earn Additional Beauty Benefits Points" below for more information about these enrollment welcome points.
We may offer bonus Beauty Benefit Points events from time to time, in which case you will have an opportunity to earn extra Beauty Benefit Points. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each offer.
Complimentary standard shipping on orders placed at chantecaille.co.uk shipping to UK addresses only. Members must be signed into their account at time of purchase. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
Must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability. Separate terms and conditions may apply.
Can be redeemed on chantecaille.co.uk only, subject to a minimum spend of £50 per order. Cannot be applied to previous purchases or redeemed for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Members must have a valid birthday on file with registered account at least one (1) week before your birthday. Ways to Earn Additional Beauty Benefits Points: In addition to making purchases, you may also earn Beauty Benefits Points for the following actions on our Site. To earn Beauty Benefit Points, please check to make sure you are a Programme Member and you have logged into your account before completing the actions below. The number of Beauty Benefit Points, if any, awarded for each action is determined by Chantecaille in its sole but reasonable discretion and in all cases subject to a maximum number of Beauty Benefit Points earned for each action per year:
Beauty Benefits Point Expiration: It is our hope that you redeem your Beauty Benefits Points on a regular basis. All unredeemed Beauty Benefits Points will expire when a Member has not engaged in Beauty Benefits Point activity associated with that Membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months. In addition, Beauty Benefits Points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled for the reasons further detailed in Section 5.
If you have questions regarding the date of your last Beauty Benefits Point activity or your last purchase, check the “rewards” section of your Beauty Benefits page. If you feel Beauty Benefits Points have expired in error, please email Customer Service at [email protected] for assistance.
3. Rewards, Benefits, Beauty Benefit Points
Generally: Rewards, Benefits and Beauty Benefit Points earned through the Programme are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to Rewards or other Programme Benefits. Purchase balances and/or points credited to your Programme account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Terms. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any Rewards or Benefits offered through the Programme, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
4. Privacy Policy
The personal information collected from you in connection with the Programme, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Programme Membership, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the Chantecaille Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to, Termination of, and/or Removal from the Programme
We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate the Programme, or any aspect or feature of the Programme, at any time upon reasonable prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Rewards or Benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated Rewards or benefits. In the event that we make changes, we will notify you unless it is not possible to do so (for example, due to a change in the law). If you decide you don’t want to remain a Member under the updated Terms, you can then contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to terminate your Membership to the Programme before the change takes effect. Your use of the Programme after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Programme if you are in breach of these Terms. We may also audit your Membership account at any time, in our sole discretion. To keep your account active, you must log in to your Programme account and make a purchase within a 24 month period. Any suspected abuse of the Programme, failure to follow these Terms or any other terms applicable to the purchase of products from us and/or the use of our Site, Membership inactivity for more than 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or other unauthorized use of any Programme Rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons, and/or certificates, may result in then revocation of your Membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Programme. If your Membership is revoked, any Rewards or Benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Programme and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.
If you decide you no longer want to be a Member of the Programme, you may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected] to disenroll and delete your account on the Site. If you cancel your Membership, you will forfeit all accumulated Beauty Benefit Points, Benefits, and tier status.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaching this contract unless the loss is: (i) unexpected or unforeseeable by us; (ii) caused by events beyond our control; or (iii) something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action (for example, by following instructions provided).
7. Intellectual Property
Our graphics, logos, names, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are our trademarks, trade names and/or trade dress. The “look” and “feel” of the Programme (including color combinations, button shapes, layout, design, and all other graphical elements) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All product names, names of services, trademarks, and service marks (“Marks”) are Chantecaille’s property or the property of their respective owners, as indicated. You may not use the Marks or copyrights for any purpose whatsoever other than as permitted by these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
9. General
If part of this agreement is invalid
If a court or other authority decides that any of these terms are unlawful, the rest of the terms will continue to apply.

Event beyond our control
If a provision of the Programme is disrupted by an event outside beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to address the disruption. If the disruption is significant, you can contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to cancel your Membership to the Programme and delete your account.
