How do I join Les Loyales?

You can sign up to Les Loyales member by creating an online Chantecaille UK account HERE.

How many points do I get?

You will collect 1 point for every £1 you spend at chantecaille.co.uk. Points will reflect the total value of your order after any discount code or promotional offer has been applied to your order.

Can I earn points on all my purchases?

You can earn points for all purchases made online at chantecaille.co.uk
You must be logged into a valid Chantecaille UK account to receive the points earned for any orders placed. If you place an order using guest checkout, you will not earn points on that order and your points will not be added retrospectively if you create an account later. Please note you will only earn points for products that are shipped to you. If your order is not shipped for any reason, then you will not earn points. Reasons for not shipping might include an order being cancelled due to unavailable stock.

How soon will my points be registered?

If you’ve recently made an order, your points will update within an hour from when your full order has been confirmed.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you accrue enough points, a discount code will be made available in your account. If you are opted in to receive marketing email communications, you will also receive an email to notify you that the reward is available. To redeem your discount code please visit your account and enter the voucher code at checkout.

How do I keep track of the points and rewards I’ve earned? 

You can view your points balance at any time by logging in to your online account. To do so, click on to the ‘My Account’ section and select the ‘Les Loyales’ tab.

How long do my points last?

Your points reset to zero after a year of inactivity from the date you achieved your current tier.

What happens to my points if I return an order? 

If you return an order, the points you earned on that order will be removed from your account. 

What is my birthday benefit and how do I redeem it? 

As a Les Loyales programme member, you will receive a complimentary birthday e-gift voucher, in an amount determined by your membership Tier. A minimum spend of £50 is required to redeem the e-gift voucher, which may be applied toward a purchase at chantecaille.uk.co. You must include your birthday details when enrolling in the Les Loyales programme and you must be opted in to receive marketing emails to receive the birthday benefit. 

Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded to a new Tier?

No. As soon as your spending qualifies you for placement in a new Tier, you will be automatically upgraded. If you are subscribed to email communications, we will confirm this via email. You will then be entitled to enjoy all the benefits this upgrade brings.

Can I redeem my points in stores?

No, points can only be earned and redeemed at chantecaille.co.uk.
