We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through our website, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box, with the authorised RMA number received within your Returns Portal Request.

Only items purchased on Chantecaille.co.uk may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store.

Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. You may not return or cancel your eGift Card after it is received. 

Please note you will be responsible for organising and paying for a return of any items to us. Please ensure that all returned items are sent as a tracked delivery to ensure your return is received safely.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send e-mail confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at [email protected]
